TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms of Business thoroughly. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, 4memories trading as MyPrintStation will be referred to as MPS. Any order placed with MPS either through the website, by email, or by telephone communication and any work carried out by MPS is based on the understanding that these Terms are understood and accepted by the customer.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Work should be accompanied by a confirmation email if not ordering through the website. For orders through the website, customers are responsible for filling out the required information completely and accurately. Extra care should be taken and very specific instructions listed when giving special instructions. MPS is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect customer instructions.
Verbal instructions are only accepted on the basis that MPS will not be held responsible for any error that may arise.

ARTWORK

MPS takes into account, wherever technically possible, requests regarding colour balance. However, without special instruction or colour sample guide, reproduction of colour will be deemed faithful at the discretion of MPS. Unless clearly specified, printing compositions will be at the discretion of MPS whose decision will be final. 

All stated print and trim sizes are nominal and MPS will accept no liability for minor variations in size. Images must meet a minimum of 100 dpi resolution at your chosen print size however a 300 dpi is recommended for the highest quality print. MPS will always produce the best quality print but cannot be held responsible for final prints produced from poor quality artwork supplied.

MPS shall be entitled to sub-contract any service it agrees to perform.

PAYMENT 

Customers are required to send payment for the full amount prior to any work being carried out by MPS. For customers with credit terms, payments must be received within 30 days. MPS reserves the right to charge interest on bills that are not paid within that time at 4% above the base rate. MPS also reserves the right to add any costs incurred to recover any monies due through the use of 3rd parties.

PRICES

We reserve the right to alter our prices without prior notice. Additional work carried out at the customer's request, will be charged accordingly.

DELIVERY

Delivery to the customer will be by the most affordable means for that item and this charge is payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated. MPS cannot guarantee delivery times or dates due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, fire, strikes, failure of subcontractors or suppliers to supply material required. Where such delay occurs MPS obligations under this Agreement shall be suspended for the period of such delay. Please allow  upto 7 working days, from the date you order is sent out, for your goods to be delivered.

Whilst every care is taken to pack your product/goods, MPS will not be liable for damage to goods whilst in transit. In this event MPS needs to be contacted within 24 hours of receiving your order, where photographic evidence will be required detailing the damage.

Where you do not confirm in writing acceptance of the products/goods within 14 days of dispatch, products/goods are deemed accepted by you at the earlier of the expiry of such 14 day period or your first live use.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Whilst every care and precaution is taken against loss or damage to originals or articles entrusted to MPS, MPS will not be held accountable for liability any loss or damage. It is the requirement for the customer to ensure that there is adequate insurance for any original or articles sent to MPS.

DISCLAIMER

MPS shall not be required to print any matter, which in its opinion is or may be of an illegal, immoral or libellous nature. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all material presented for photography, printing, copying, duplicating or any other form of reproduction is free from any third party claims for breach of copyright or license.

MPS shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter printed for the customer or any infringement of trade marks, copyright, patent or design.

CANCELLATIONS

A request may be cancelled after work has been commenced,  all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation will be deducted from any refund due.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding a print or order must be logged with MPS within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and it is at the discretion of MPS to offer compensatory terms where it is applicable.

RETURNS POLICY

As the majority of our products are bespoke and made to order based on images/information supplied by the customer, returns can only be accepted for faulty or damaged products. Any request for returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

MPS may send a replacement product out and request for the faulty or damaged product to be kept until further notice or request that the product be returned.

In the event that MPS in unable to offer a replacement, then a partial refund of at least 10% or full refund will be made at the discretion of MPS. In the event of a full refund, MPS may require the product be returned in the original condition using the packaging supplied when the goods were received.

Returns cannot be accepted for any other reason other than stated above, however, MPS reserves the rights to accept to accept returns for reasons other than faulty or damaged goods. In this event, should a returns be accepted for another reason apart from faulty or damaged goods, the customer will be required to send the goods back at the their own expense in the original condition using the packaging supplied when the goods were received.

FINAL PRINT

Life expectancy and performance of any products is based on manufacturers and suppliers claims. MPS are not liable for any deviation in quality or consistency of printed images and media. MPS reserves the right to change media or product suppliers at any time and does not guarantee consistency of media and product quality.

Due to the nature of inkjet printing on canvas material, 'cracking' may appear where the image is continued around the stretch frame as an image wrap. MPS will not accept 'cracking' as the sole reason for a canvas return.
